We believe in out territory
We bet on the value of the territory and its spontaneous biodiversity. We believe so strongly that we invested on typical dairy bovine breeds like the Red Reggiana Cow, the Brown Alpine Cow, the White Modenese Breed: a variety that can generate milk with peculiar characteristics that yield a special and aromatic Parmigiano Reggiano.
A complete supply chain
We believed in organic production, and we can now show it off in its completeness, with a dedicated barn in the Parma mountains and a dairy situated a few kilometres away from it.
The cheeses deriving from this selection are perfect for long ripening, to offer the consumer all the complexity of aromas which honour an important history and a unique product.
