ThatÕs why we have recently undergone most of the quality standard certifications, with the aim of improving constantly and continuously each and every processÕ quality. This certifications are validated and credited by external certification authorities:

UNI EN ISO 9001:2000
Implementing a Company Quality System means realizing and maintaining an organization system able to satisfy the customerÕs needs. Certifying the quality system, in compliance with the ISO 9001 regulations, means that the company is reliable towards its referring market, because it can assure systematically each of its productsÕ quality.

BRC/IFS CERTIFICATION
These food quality and safety standards are published by retail trade groups. Any company wishing to supply its food products to those retailers must meet the required standards. The retailers request that an independent third party approves the quality and food safety system of the supplier.

Organic certification by the Consortium for the Control of Organic Products "CCPB"
It is a control instrument about the use of organic products and ingredients, which guarantee to the customer the real composition of the certified products.

Certification of organic production USDA-NOP
It proves the coherence of the commercial choices taken through the years. The NOP (National Organic Program) is the regulation about the organic farming in force in the U.S. and issued by the USDA (State Department for Agriculture). This regulation provides that all the ingredients contained in the U.S. organic branded products are certified NOP. Therefore, that certification is compulsory, both for the companies who want to export directly their products to the U.S., and for the ones which supply raw materials employed in the manufacturing of a product to be exported in the U.S.
